a city day.

7.14.2011

I am not a city person. At all. I much prefer the countryside, or at least small towns. But, if a trip to the city includes vintage, antiques, and cupcakes, you can count me in!

I may or may not have come to the Fringe Festival solely to check out Eggie, Jill's 1976 boler trailer-turned-vintage shop.

For any lover of vintage and bohemian clothing, stepping into Eggie is like stepping into a beautiful dream. Seriously.

Our city trip ended with bubble tea, delectable red velvet cupcakes, and a bit of exploring at the antique mall. Perfect.

I hope you are all having a lovely week.

xo,

Abbey

PS. I did a little DIY guest post for Carlotta over here, if you're feeling crafty. :)

  5. It looks beautiful! The closest city to me is lovely, and I want to live there, but I'm pretty content in this village too.

  8. I'm a city girl, through and through. While I admire the beauty of the country, I don't think I could live there. :) Anyway, that cupcake looks delicious!
