Oh, weekend. I'm so happy you're finally here! After a week of not feeling so well, I'm feeling much better knowing that I have the whole weekend to relax. My weekend actually started today (we had a day off school), and it was lovely. I woke up, only to see the windowpanes coated with little rain droplets, and rain falling from the sky. This excited me, as I have a strange love for rainy days. My Mum and I went to a cute little cafe for lunch and tea smoothies. It was delicious. I spent the rest of the day just hanging out at home, playing the piano, listening to the
(500) Days of Summer soundtrack, taking photos of raindrops, and reading
The Book of Awesome (a book about the little things in life that are, well,
awesome. A must-read.).
What did you do today? Do tell. Have a lovely weekend,
Abbey
Your day sounds like a good one, with what the rain and tea smoothies and music. I wish it would rain here, too. :)

ReplyDeleteword of warning: when I love a blog, I stalk. but whatever, it's not creepy. :)
also, I ramble. Like now.
I really love your title. It reminds me of Anne, considering that in later years she lived in Ingleside and all.
annnnd you now have 22 followers, which is a good, special number. I like numbers where all the numbers are the same.
Anyway.
